Cancellations and refunds

For all cancellations, refunds and rescheduling requests, please email us at info@kaboostudio.com.au 

If you used a Creative Kids voucher as part of your booking, please see below.

Classic Studio Sessions

  • Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation and full refund.

  • Within 48 hours of the session, unless another customer fills your spot:

    • there is no refunds for cancelling or no-shows; 

    • if you’d like to reschedule, you will charged a 30% late rescheduling fee.

  • If you included merchandise as part of your session, that part of the booking will be fully refunded regardless of period of notice given.

 

Bookings 5 people and over (not exclusive use session) 

  • Minimum 7 days’ notice is required for a cancellation and full refund.

  • Within 7 days' of the session, unless another customer fills your spot:

    • there is no refunds for cancelling or no-shows;

    • if you’d like to reschedule, you will charged a 30% late rescheduling fee.

  • If you included merchandise as part of your session, that part of the booking will be fully refunded regardless of period of notice given.

 

No shows, late arrivals

We are not able to provide a refund or credit for no shows or late arrivals.

 

Exclusive use, celebrations, kids birthdays

  • To cancel and receive a full refund including any deposit, you must notify us by email at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Between 2 weeks and 24 hours of the scheduled event: If the session can be filled, full refund (including deposit) or reschedule. If session cannot be filled, no refund available however the 50% deposit paid will be made available as a credit towards future sessions. 

  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled event: No refund or reschedule available. 

  • If you included merchandise as part of your booking, that part of the booking will be fully refunded regardless of period of notice given.

Creative Kids voucher

 Provided your request to reschedule is in accordance with our above cancellation policy, you can either:

  1. If the cost of the booking was completely covered by the Creative Kids voucher, get a credit equal to the value of your booking (valid until 31 December); or

  2. If the cost of the booking was partially covered by the Creative Kids voucher, get a credit equal to the value of the Creative Kids voucher portion of your booking (valid until 31 December) and a refund of the balance

 

COVID-19 – lockdowns, illness 

If we are unable to hold the session due to a Government mandated closure or if you have COVID or are a close contact, you must notify us by email by no later than 4 hours before the scheduled session. We will hold your session in credit and arrange with you a suitable time to reschedule. No refund will be provided. We may require evidence to demonstrate the cancellation due to COVID illness or close contact.

 

Cancellation by Kaboo Studio

We will give you as much notice as is practically possible if cancellation is required.  If we cancel the session we can either credit the value of the booking or refund the money in the same manner you made the booking.
