COVID 19 Customer Policy

This COVID-19 Customer Policy forms part of the terms and conditions for bookings and applies to all customers of Kaboo Studio Pty Ltd (ACN 657 920 959). The COVID Customer Policy will be updated from time to time to reflect latest NSW Government Health Orders. It is important that our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience at Kaboo Studio. As of 15 December 2021, proof of vaccination is no longer required.

 

Kaboo Studio customer responsibilities

  • Stay home if you feel unwell or have tested positive or awaiting test results, no one likes germs or catching COVID-19.

  • Get tested if you have COVID-19 symptoms, it’s not fun, but please do.

  • Physically distance where possible, we have sufficient space in our studio you won’t be squashed.

  • Clean hands often with soap or sanitiser, it’s nice having clean hands especially after getting paint on them.

  • Cover coughs and sneezes, again, no one likes germs.

  • Check-in to our studio or venue, if required by NSW Government Health Orders.

  • Wear face masks unless eating or drinking, if required by NSW Government Health Orders.

  • Show vaccination status, if required by NSW Government Health Orders.

We reserve the right to ask to you leave or refuse entry if you do not follow the above.

If you are unlucky enough to test positive to COVID-19 or you are a close contact, our Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply.

What is Kaboo Studio doing to take precautions?

  • We will happily let you reschedule your sessions – please stay home and get better.

  • We have designed our studio to comply with physical distancing practices.

  • We will undertake additional cleaning of surfaces, smocks and brushes before and after each session.

  • We provide hand sanitiser within the studio.

  • We have soap and water in the studio and will encourage you to wash your hands.
