Merchandise refunds

We work with local Australian design legends to have your canvas design transformed into customised merchandise and wearable art. Sometimes designs might not look exactly like you imagined, so take your time to choose from our templates and choose the correct size of garment from the size charts. We cannot refund you for change of mind or incorrect size once it’s been printed. We also cannot refund you if the garment has been worn or used. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. We will of course work to find a solution if garment is faulty, damaged or the image is distorted, discoloured or if text is spelt wrong! Our local design legends will make a judgement on location of the shape of your design and chosen garment. If you have specific dimensions or spacings in mind, please let us know. Designs and dimensions outside of our selected templates will be subject to additional costs, which will let you know before you order.  

There may be a variation in colour between your canvas design and your tee. Our local design legends will work to get a close colour match, but it may not be perfect because your canvas design is an original and unique.

Digital printing can fade over time. To maximise the colour and longevity of your garment, please read our wash and care instructions below.

Wash and care instructions

• Cold gentle cycle

• Wash inside out

• Do not tumble dry

• Dry in shade, not in direct sunlight

• If you must iron, iron inside out

• No harsh chemicals

 

Garments will not shrink if the correct washing guidelines on the label are followed.

 

The longevity of your garments and prints is largely up to you. To ensure you get as much wear out of them as possible, please follow the above instructions carefully.
