Welcome to Kaboo Studio! We are excited to share the concept for our studio with you.
Firstly, we are not artists. We certainly wouldn't say we are creative either! Having trained in the legal and financial worlds, we are certainly more comfortable behind a keyboard than a canvas.
We have been inspired by our children who have encouraged us to find our inner child again. We wanted to create an experience where adults, kids, friends, colleagues - everyone - can be present and enjoy the moment. Make a mess and not worry about cleaning it up. Be fully immersed in an activity and have fun with the people around you.
We also wanted to create an inclusive activity regardless of age or ability. We provide a splatter paint experience which can cater to everyone's needs and skill level (or lack of skills in our case!). Splatter, splash, throw, flick, spray - just get that paint onto the canvas - there are many ways of doing it. It is also unsurprisingly a great stress release.
Our name Kaboo is influenced by a favourite children’s book of ours. Kaboo is an imaginary world where people can play, laugh and have fun. Now we’ve created the same for you.
